Orders are processed by 2:00 PST the next business day. Accordingly, orders placed from Friday afternoon to Sunday evening will be processed on the next business day. If you have a special request or arrangement, please do not hesitate to contact us.
We ship Monday through Friday via USPS. Under normal circumstances, shipping time is 3-5 days.
Standard Shipping in the US
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $100. For the time being, we only ship using Priority Mail Flat Rate boxes. This includes shipping to APO and FPO.
International Shipping Policy
We are not currently shipping outside of the US. If you are outside of the US and would like to place an order, please email us at info@alliance-designs.com. We will do our best to facilitate the order.
Return Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.
Customers are eligible for a refund within 10 days of receipt as long as the item is in new, unused & uncarried condition. You must submit a return request, and receive approval before shipping or your return will not be accepted.
To initiate a return, please email info@alliance-designs.com and include your order number, and photos of your item with its original packaging for initial inspection. Please allow up to 3 business days for approval.
All original packaging must be included and undamaged as well.
Please note that returns will be at your own expense.
Please note - In the event that the return(s) do not meet routine inspection standards, the customer will be notified for further discussion of refund.
