Shipping & Returns
Order Processing and Shipping:
Orders are processed by 2:00 PM PST on the next business day. Orders placed from Friday afternoon to Sunday evening will be processed the following business day. If you have any special requests, please feel free to contact us.
We ship Monday through Friday via USPS. Typically, shipping within the US takes 3-5 days under normal circumstances.
Standard Shipping in the US:
We offer FREE standard shipping on orders over $100. Currently, we exclusively use Priority Mail Flat Rate boxes, which also cover shipping to APO and FPO addresses.
International Shipping Policy:
At this time, we do not ship internationally. If you are outside the US and wish to place an order, please contact us at info@alliance-designs.com, and we'll assist you to the best of our ability.
Return Policy:
Your satisfaction is our priority. You may return your purchase for a refund within 10 days of receipt, provided the item is in new, unused, and uncarried condition. Please submit a return request and await approval before shipping the item back.
To initiate a return, please email info@alliance-designs.com with your order number and photos of the item in its original packaging for initial inspection. Please allow up to 3 business days for approval. All original packaging must be undamaged and included.
Please note, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
In the event that the return(s) do not meet routine inspection standards, the customer will be notified for further discussion of refund.
